Return & Refund Policy

At PawBlissful, we want every pet parent to feel completely satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and handle issues quickly.

30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of delivery date (tracking confirmation date).

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — full refund or replacement (we cover return shipping when you send photos showing the issue).
  • Change of mind / no longer needed — accepted only if the item is unused, in original packaging, tags attached, and resellable. Customer pays return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons for pets and owners, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet food, treats, or supplements
  • Used grooming tools, beds, toys with chew marks, or any item that has been in contact with a pet
  • Personalized / custom-engraved items
  • Sale / clearance items (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@pawblissful.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos (especially for damage/defect claims).
  2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions and (if approved) a return address or prepaid label for qualifying defects.
  3. Package securely and ship back (keep proof of postage).

Refunds

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except defective/incorrect items).
  • Return shipping paid by customer unless item is damaged, defective, or wrong.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for size/color issues (where available) instead of refunds — contact us first so we can check stock with our partners.

Missing / Lost Packages If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it, file a claim within 7 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. We work with carriers and suppliers to resolve these quickly (usually reship or refund).
