Shipping Policy

Processing Time Custom orders (like our laser-engraved pet necklaces) take 3–7 business days to produce and prepare for shipment. We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times & Costs We ship worldwide from our trusted partners.

• Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (most common). Free on orders over $50; otherwise $4.99–$7.99 depending on location.
• Express Shipping: 7–12 business days. $12.99–$19.99 (available at checkout).

Times are estimates—delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. We provide tracking once your order ships.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot control or predict these charges.

Order Changes & Cancellations Since items are custom-made, we cannot cancel or modify orders once production starts (usually within 24 hours). Contact us immediately if needed.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window + 7 days, reach out—we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
